Warren Lasch
President
Mr. Lasch is a successful businessman and entrepreneur who began his career in the transportation industry. As Chairman of “Friends of the Hunley,” he led the raising, restoring, and conservation effort of the Civil War submarine, H.L. Hunley. He has received many awards for his leadership of the project including The Order of the Palmetto and an honorary PHD from The Citadel. The Hunley rests at the Warren Lasch Conservation Center which is now the nucleus of the Clemson University Restoration Institute campus in North Charleston, SC.
Caleb Yaryan
Chief Technology Officer
Caleb has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, the last four years of which, he worked in cyber security and network monitoring software development. He currently sits on the CEA Tech Home board of directors and serves as a Network Monitoring SME for Infocomm International and CEDIA.
Chad Priest
Chief Operations Officer
Chad has been in the retail signage industry for the past five years. His experience includes the management of retail signage campaigns and installations throughout the Southeast for large supermarkets and retail outlets. Prior to his time in the signage industry, he was heavily involved with the design, deployment, and remote management of large scale multinational network, security, and A/V systems.
Arri Rucker
Chief Architect
Arri has spent the last 10 years designing, developing, and deploying large scale enterprise software solutions in the public, private, and government sectors. He specializes in the development of enterprise applications, product knowledge and management tools, as well as financial gathering and reporting tools.
Diijon Taylor
Software Engineer
Diijon has a talent for delivering powerful software solutions and has spent the last 10 years working with the latest web technologies. Since earning his B.F.A. in Graphic Design, he has spent his time developing enterprise solutions for both private and government organizations.
Meredith Eads
Creative Director
With experience in advertising and art direction, Meredith has worked for local retail and events design company and as a freelance graphic and web designer. She attended Boston University, where she received a B.S. in Advertising, and has a Fine Arts education from Charleston County School of the Arts.
Claude Tackett
Director of Business Development
Claude has over 15 years of experience managing client relationships, first as an engineer for OEM suppliers to the automotive industry, then as an attorney in two large regional law firms, and finally as a senior level manager for non-profit organizations. He received a Bachelor of Science with an Area of Concentration in Industrial Technology from Morehead State University and law degree from the University of Louisville.
Cindy Elenberger
Treasurer & Executive Assistant
Cindy has worked with Mr. Lasch for the past 14 years within his many companies and philanthropic endeavors. She has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech and has over twenty-five years of experience in a wide range of entrepreneurial, legal and managerial roles.
